Carina Millstone is the executive director of Feedback, an environmental organization that campaigns to end food waste at every level of the food system.
She is the author of "Frugal Value" (2017), a book that examines the role and limits of business in driving the changes needed to build a sustainable and just world.
Millstone has worked in corporate and government consultancy, for an organizing new economics non-profit and in academia. She also founded her own charity, The Orchard Project, working with community groups to plant hundreds of orchards in six cities across the U.K.
