Caroline Rocha is a climate manager at WRI Brazil. She is a lawyer who seeks to find new paths for a just transition to a low carbon economy. Caroline worked as a consultant at the Oxford Sustainable Law Programme, as well as developed litigation and climate justice projects with a network of climate lawyers — LACLIMA, with partnerships with international and Brazilian NGOs.
