Cathryn Gunther is a senior executive experienced in workforce health and wellbeing. She joined Mars as Global Head of Associate Health and Wellbeing to advance the company’s culture of health. Mars has over 130,000 global Associates and is known for its confectionary brands, snacks and food, pet nutrition and also has the largest portfolio of Veterinary Health businesses in the world. Prior to Mars, she served as Vice President of Global Population Health at Merck. Cathryn is passionate about the intersection of employee health and business performance and believes that good health is smart business. She serves on several Boards and Advisory Councils dedicated to advancing holistic health, population health and mental well-being.
