Celina Bonugli is a Specialist in Clean Energy Innovation with the Global Energy Program at WRI.
At WRI Celina supports the facilitation of electric utility and large-scale energy buyer collaboration to spur innovative solutions that decarbonize the electricity sector, increase grid efficiencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and integrate new technologies. For the Renewables Accelerator initiative, which provides renewable energy support to U.S. municipal governments, Celina leads the electric utility and regulatory engagement strategy, consultation, and resource development.
Celina holds a JD from Lewis and Clark Law School, with a certificate in environmental and natural resource law.
