Chris Castro, a GreenBiz 30 Under 30 honoree in 2016, is director of sustainability and resilience for the city of Orlando. In this role, he shapes the Green Works Orlando, established in 2007 to transform Orlando into one of the most environmentally friendly, socially inclusive and economically vibrant communities in the nation. Castro assists Orlando's mayor and senior staff with the coordination, development, integration and administration of the city’s sustainability, energy and climate policies and programs.
