Cristina Stewartis a health behaviors researcher at the University of Oxford, Dept. of Primary Care Health Sciences working on a large 6-year Wellcome Trust funded project called LEAP (Livestock, Environment and People). Her research has focussed on examining meat consumption trends in the UK, establishing effective ways to measure meat intake at an individual level, and developing and testing behavioral interventions to promote more sustainable food purchasing and consumption.
I'm also a Registered Public Health Nutritionist (RNutr) and prior to joining LEAP I worked as an Associate Nutritionist at Marks & Spencer and completed an internship with the British Nutrition Foundation.
