Danielle leads the Microsoft datacenter environmental justice strategy towards a measurable, positive impact on the climate resilience and capacities of under-resourced communities. She has also launched the zero waste, supplier sustainability and embodied carbon reduction programs for Microsoft datacenters as part of the company’s carbon negative, zero waste, waster positive and ecosystems protection goals. Danielle has a background in strategy, process improvement and change management with Microsoft, AREVA North America and IBM. She serves on the board of 3rd Creek Foundation, an organization dedicated to poverty alleviation. Danielle lives in West Seattle with her husband, daughter, and dog. She is a food enthusiast who loves to travel and stay active in the Pacific Northwest splendor.
