Deborah Fleischer

Deborah Fleischer, president of Green Impact, supports organizations with a commitment to sustainability and land conservation create innovative communication strategies and engagement programs that inspire action and create impact. She works with NGOs, universities, local governments and companies; past clients include Mattel, Trust for Public Land, Sonoma Land Trust, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), University of San Francisco (USF), and Save the Redwoods League.

Fleischer is passionate about moving organizations from vision into green action and bringing sustainability alive to employees. Her approach increases support for green initiatives, engages employees in sustainability efforts, attracts new supporters, and embeds sustainability into your culture. She develops customized communications and marketing strategies, crafts original communications, and designs and launches engagement programs. Deborah’s educational background includes a Masters in Environmental Studies from Yale University and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard. She is also a painter and avid hiker.
