Emily Wasley

Emily Wasley is a climate change adaptation professional passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the face of uncertainty. Emily leads WSP’s climate risk, adaptation and resilience practice, bringing more than 16 years of experience partnering with government entities, water utilities and Fortune 50 to 500 corporations to institutionalize climate considerations into existing risk management, business continuity and sustainability efforts. Wasley serves as president of the Board of Directors for the American Society of Adaptation Professionals, steering committee member for Women in Climate Tech, fellow to the American Security Project and a Blue Endeavors Ambassador. She holds a M.A in environmental and natural resources policy from George Washington University.
