Executive Vice President
Emily Woglom is Executive Vice President at Ocean Conservancy, where she works alongside the CEO to help shape the organization’s direction and oversee the intersection of science, policy, and citizen engagement across all our programs. Emily has been with Ocean Conservancy since 2010, first leading our government relations team, then expanding her role to Vice President for Conservation Policy and Programs, where she provided strategic management of our government relations work and our programs to eliminate ocean trash and better plan for competing ocean uses and conservation. Prior to working at Ocean Conservancy, Emily served as a senior policy advisor to The Nature Conservancy’s marine program. She also worked at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, where she oversaw budget and policy issues related to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Emily is a graduate of Yale University and has a master’s from the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University.
