Eric Williams is an associate professor at the Golisano Institute of Sustainability at Rochester Institute of Technology. He works on models of energy systems to inform policy — renewable subsidies and efficiency targets. In the past he worked on environmental assessment and management of Information Technology — the life cycle impacts of microchips and computers and global management of electronic waste.
