Erica Ramirez

Erica is an HR professional who brings over 13 years of experience in human resources in the for-profit, non-profit and government sectors. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Public Administration, she is a lifelong learner who has served in various leadership roles including owner/operator of her own small business teaching art to students in K-12 education, and in the community. In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and walking her two dogs Sparkles and Maddie.
