Dagmar B. Epsten, FAIA, LEED Fellow, CxA, is founder, president and CEO of Epsten Group, Inc., an internationally recognized leader in sustainability. She has driven the movement towards high-performance buildings as an architect, consultant, assessor, and developer. Epsten developed and owns two LEED Platinum-certified buildings, one of them serving as her company’s headquarters in Atlanta. The company is also a certification body that has performed over 7,000 LEED technical reviews in over 50 countries, and is ANSI-accredited to perform third-party reviews of environmental product declarations (EPDs).
