Progress toward the global goal of conserving 30 percent of the earth’s land and sea will happen via the communities, Indigenous groups and businesses stewarding ecosystems where they live and work. Bioregional hubs and funds are two promising mechanisms for catalyzing investments in bottom-up action. This workshop will familiarize you with these two mechanisms and explain how corporations, philanthropists and private fund managers can provide technical and financial resources that enable landscape-level approaches to regeneration.
