Built Environment Innovators Showcase: Breaking New Ground
Room 502, Cowlitz
What is the state of circularity in the building industry? How can buildings become part of a circular system that provides new social, economic and environmental opportunities?
Stakeholders from the building, design and materials manufacturing industries are experimenting with a wide range of circular models and innovations to reduce waste and ensure the industry helps drive the larger transition to a circular system. A growing awareness of buildings as “material banks” acknowledges the immense financial and physical value of the built environment as a source for reusable material. This session will showcase some of the tried and tested circular innovations moving the industry forward.
Join the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute for a session of exciting presentations from innovators adopting circular strategies in the built environment, followed by discussion and analysis from experts.
