Adam has more than 25 years’ experience in the legal, finance, securities, and ESG spaces. He most recently served as the Head of Enforcement for the New York Stock Exchange, where he helped rebuild its market regulation program from the ground-up and led a team of professionals devoted to assuring that NYSE’s markets remained safe and fair. Previously, he was a White Collar and Securities partner at Dechert LLP where, among other matters, he represented the Board of Directors of Lehman Brothers in all litigations, investigations, and corporate governance matters arising from the largest bankruptcy in history. Adam has been recognized by the Legal 500 for “experienced, sage counsel,” selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyer, and named by Law360 earlier in his career as one of the country’s five White Collar “Rising Stars.” He is a member of the Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Network and Finance Leaders Fellow, chairs the Board of Knology (a think tank focused on practical social science for a better world), and lives in New York with his wife, two children, and two dogs.

She has also been the energy entrepreneurship practice leader at MIT and an energy efficiency program manager at smart grid company EnerNOC (now Enel X). She received an MBA from MIT and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Tufts University.

Ms. Brusiloff has been working in the field of community development for 37 years. Ms. Brusiloff was previously a regional director of Freddie Mac’s multifamily division, where she managed a team that underwrote the purchase of multifamily housing loans and provided credit enhancement for tax-exempt housing bonds. Earlier, Ms. Brusiloff worked as a vice president at Bankers Trust Company in its Community Development Group. In 1986, she started her career in the South Bronx as the director of housing development for MBD (Mid-Bronx Desperadoes) Community Housing Corporation, followed by two years at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development as a senior mortgage officer. Ayrton is leading the workstreams in the company’s determination of its enterprise-wide carbon footprint, Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) of products, and greater tracking of sustainability related data (energy, waste, and water use). In 2023, he was named to the Milwaukee Business Journal 40 under 40 and the Harvard Business School Young American Leader Program.
Bryan also is passionate around community impact and empowerment. He helped create a new Role at Rockwell Automation to drive great employee career outcomes. He is also active in several nonprofits focusing on diversifying small businesses and representation in the outdoors.
Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, he was an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at global companies. His work focused on employee safety and well-being, environmental reporting, and employee engagement.

Her prior roles include serving as Executive Vice President, Global Sustainability for Weber Shandwick – the world’s leading public affairs, marketing, and strategic communications consulting firm -- where she built and led a multimillion-dollar strategic sustainability and energy consulting practice. Cindy was appointed to the Presidential Oil Spill Commission, created by President Obama in the aftermath of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill and she also served as full-time, in-house Senior Advisor to the President & CEO of World Wildlife Fund (WWF-US).
Cindy has served on the sustainability advisory board of organizations such as World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD-US), World Economic Forum, and Sustainable Brands. She is a former member of the GreenBiz Executive Network (GBEN) and Corporate EcoForum and previously Co-Chaired the Corporate Council of The Sustainability Consortium. Cindy received a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Beth has been employed by the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation for over twenty years, first as General Counsel to the Insurance Division, then as Associate and Deputy Director, responsible for Banking, Insurance and Securities. In that time, she has championed both the rights of consumers and streamlining operations to provide efficiencies to businesses that operate in Rhode Island. Ms. Dwyer is a past president of the Rhode Island Women's Bar Association. She was awarded the 2010 Rhode Island Attorney General's Justice Award for Consumer Protection. Beth has been a member of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) for six years and has served as chair and vice chair of various committees, task forces and working groups. In 2022, she was appointed as the NAIC representative to the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Financial Stability Oversight Counsel (FSOC) and is a member of the Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance.
Beth has lived in Rhode Island for most of her life and is a graduate of Providence College and Pepperdine University School of Law. She holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College and Senior Professional in Insurance Regulation (SPIR) from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). She was admitted to practice law in California, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and various Federal Courts in California and Rhode Island.

After working in a school in North Philadelphia and witnessing first-hand the reality of inequitable resourcing during the COVID-19 pandemic, Eryn's interests shifted to how sustainable finance could be used as a tool to create equitable solutions to these problems. This led her to serve as a global microloan enterprise development and audit manager, providing loans to people in developing nations to help them start businesses, and assist in communal financial recovery from COVID-19.

Sara joined The Shareholder Commons (TSC) in 2020 as the Chief Strategy Officer. TSC is a non-profit organization that addresses social and environmental issues from the perspective of shareholders who diversify their investments to optimize risk and return. TSC addresses the divergence that often emerges between a company’s interest in maximizing its cash flows over the long term and its shareholders’ interests in optimizing overall market returns. TSC believes that in a free-market system, investors must establish universally applicable minimum standards for portfolio companies, so as to preserve essential social and environmental systems that undergird diversified investment portfolios. TSC promotes system stewardship through four interrelated initiatives: public advocacy, engaging investors, policies, and litigation. Sara began her career working for NGOs in the international development and disaster response fields. In 2001, she transitioned into Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) research for the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC), where she specialized in bioengineering and defense contracting research. After leaving IRRC, Sara spent several years at The Cadmus Group, an environmental consultancy. In 2005, Sara moved to Frankfurt, Germany to work as a Senior Sustainability Analyst for Fortis Investments’ SRI fund management team. Fortis Investments was acquired by BNP Paribas Asset Management during Sara’s tenure. Sara transitioned back to Washington, DC in 2011, where she launched her independent consultancy on sustainable investing and corporate responsibility.

Senator Edward J. Markey
U.S. SenateFor more than 40 years, Senator Markey has served the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Congressman and U.S. Senator. He has been a national leader and author of some of the most important laws in the areas of energy, the environment, and telecommunications policy. On a bipartisan basis, he has passed more than 500 pieces of legislation into law. He has been a powerful and effective voice for enhancing energy efficiency, transitioning our economy to clean and sustainable energy resources and mitigating the consequences of climate change; bolstering U.S. and global security by staunching nuclear proliferation and promoting arms control; defending human rights; enacting financial reforms to protect consumers and investors against the types of abuses that directly triggered the global recession; ensuring the continued openness of the internet; and advancing the interests of consumers by injecting competitiveness into electric, telecommunications and telephone markets, and protecting the privacy of personal information. Senator Markey currently serves as Chair of the Clean Air, Climate and Nuclear Safety Subcommittee on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, as well as the Chair of the Primary Health and Retirement Security Subcommittee on the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. He is also a member of the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee and the Small Business Committee. Senator Markey received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. Sheran Munasinghe
RMISheran is an Associate in the Climate-Aligned Industries Program at RMI, where he works on driving decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors by accelerating investments in green hydrogen.
Prior to joining RMI, Sheran gained diverse experience in advancing the energy transition and promoting sustainability across various regions, from Malaysia and Sri Lanka to Denmark and the US. He worked with renewable energy developers, such as European Energy and Protium, to conduct financial modeling, market assessments, and business evaluations of green hydrogen and e-methanol projects. Additionally, Sheran worked on public policy initiatives on sustainable development for a Member of the Parliament of Malaysia and climate policy at the Centre for Poverty Analysis.
Sheran holds a MA in International Economics and Energy, Resources and the Environment from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in International Affairs and Philosophy from John Cabot University.

Sonia Kim
S&P GlobalSonia Kim is Managing Director and Global Head of Product at Sustainable1 (S1), S&P Global’s business focused on sustainability research and intelligence. Sonia leads the S1 Product organization, responsible for building solutions that help clients evaluate the sustainability of companies and financial assets. She oversees the execution of product development and launched S&P’s suite of data and analytics focused on climate risk, environmental impacts, and sustainability performance. Most recently she spearheaded the launch of S&P Global’s Nature and Biodiversity Risk product.
Sonia advises on M&A and strategic partnerships.
