Shifting diets from extractive and unhealthy to regenerative and nutritious is one of the keystones of food system transformation. After an opening fireside chat with Sodexo’s leader of food transformation, Husein Kitabwalla, on the company’s strategy and learnings, we will break into small group discussions about accelerating the adoption of  sustainable diets at scale.
