Andrea Learned
Living ChangeAndreaLearnedHost and Climate Influence AdvisorLiving ChangeConnect viaAndrea Learned is a writer and social strategist by way of marketing to women and sustainable business. The thread that has run through her 25+ year career has been building connections in meaningful and human scale ways. No matter the frame, her work has always been about seeing behind the task at hand, and looking beyond the next quarter, to connect people and projects in ways that move the big ideas forward. She's enjoyed a career in writing and consulting on marketing to women that led to a deeper look at organizational leadership and then collided (in a good way) with her personal passion for sustainability. From there she wrote a Master’s thesis on what makes for good corporate sustainability leadership, and that’s when she jumped into social networking with both feet. Connecting and discovering how social engagement can so significantly amplify ideas and messages – and forward movement scale change – is what now drives her work as both a writer and social engagement consultant. Learned has written for numerous industry trade publications and regularly writes for the Huffington Post, eBrandingmarketing.com, and Marketingprofs.com, as well as her own blog, Learned On Women. She has presented to international business audiences, from the Gulf Marketing Review conference in Dubai, U.A.E, and the Baltic Marketing & Advertising conference in Tallinn, Estonia, to U.S.-based gatherings, such as: the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the Photo Marketing Association International and the American Gem Society. Michelle Romero
Dream.orgMichelleRomeroChief Strategy OfficerDream.orgConnect viaMichelle Romero is the deputy director of Green For All, a DreamCorps initiative founded by CNN commentator and former White House advisor on green jobs, Van Jones. In her role, Michelle leads a national team to implement Van's vision of an inclusive green economy that actually lifts people out of poverty. She believes everyone should have clean air, clean water, a safe environment for their kids, AND good jobs. It's really not too much to ask, and through smart policy design and innovative solutions, her work is making that possible. Michelle leads Green For All's work to put a price on pollution and invest in green jobs and sustainable infrastructure in low-income communities. She also co-leads a new initiative mobilizing women and moms around the country to fight for the future our kids deserve. One of the things she is most proud of is the organization's work in Flint. A year ago, Michelle organized a celebrity bus tour with actor Mark Ruffalo, businessman/philanthropist Tom Steyer, and Van Jones to call attention to the city in Michigan suffering the effects of lead-poisoned water, failing infrastructure, and a lack of investment. Since then, she's helped raise thousands of dollars to fix the pipes and elevate the voices of people who continue to struggle to this day without clean water. Michelle has published research on civic engagement topics, advised state and local governments on best practices to engage communities of color in decision-making that affects their lives, and championed several policy initiatives to make way for solutions that create opportunity for all.
Prior to joining Green For All, Michelle held positions in the Issues Management and Policy Analysis unit for the President of the University of California system Janet Napolitano; and spent five years leading the Claiming Our Democracy program at the Greenlining Institute in California.

Product, in this context, is the ultimate offer our customers are buying (i.e., the Electrification as a Service bundled solution), and the contracting, pricing, guarantees/SLAs, etc. that comprise those offers.
Ms. Winstead is a high-energy executive leader with proven leadership abilities in business strategy, development of hardware and software products/solutions for infrastructure, power, and energy systems, and managing large cross-functional, multi-vendor, inter-disciplinary teams. Prior to joining Prologis, Ms. Winstead led an interdisciplinary team at Amazon Logistics (AMZL) to build and launch products, operational tools and programmatic mechanisms needed to electrify AMZL delivery stations and scale their EV fleet (Rivian delivery vans). Her team owned the end-to-end execution for hardware and software product development, provided operational product support, performed systems engineering, established industry partnerships, procured, and managed the supply chain for a portfolio of EV charging and infrastructure products. Their work enabled 1,000+ electric delivery vehicles (EDVs) to deliver 5million packages in more than 100 cities across the U.S. in 2022. As of Q2-23 AMZL was on-track to deploy at least 100k EDVs on 100% of Amazon's last mile delivery routes by 2030 and eliminate millions of metric tons of carbon from tail-pipe emissions every year.
Additionally, Ms. Winstead played a key role in Product at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and led teams of both hardware and software product managers to deliver infrastructure products and solutions for AWS data centers. She also worked at NRG and later Clearway Energy in Asset Management across Solar, Thermal and Fuel Cell asset classes, where she was deeply involved in financial analysis, acquisition and divestiture assessments, and commercial structure development.
