Lessons from Changing How Consumers Eat

4:15 pm - 5:15 pm
Location:

210D

This interactive session will explore one food company’s journey to take climate action through the food they serve to customers and then invite participants to brainstorm and ideate on opportunities to accelerate solutions that will change people’s diets equitably and inclusively.

Shifting eating from extractive and unhealthy to regenerative and nutritious is one of the keystones of food system transformation. After an opening fireside chat with Sodexo’s leader of food services, Carlos Linares, on the company’s strategy and learnings, we will break into small group discussions about accelerating the adoption of sustainable diets at scale.

These discussions will be led by Jamie Alexander from Project Drawdown, Katie Cantrell from Greener by Default and Food Systems Strategist, H Nieto-Friga.
