Greg Yezersky is the creator of the General Theory of Innovation and Jim Hall is a sustainability expert with proven success designing high performance organizations.
Greg has been in the business of innovation since 1983 and has conducted hundreds of seminars on the subject worldwide, taught thousands of students and successfully consulted for many Fortune 500 companies. He is also a renowned TRIZ expert (certified by Genrich Altshuller, the creator of TRIZ, in 1988) with more than 25 years of experience. Greg is the founder and president of the Institute of Professional Innovators, a premier innovation education and consulting company dedicated to developing clients' sustainable capability for "on demand innovation."
Jim specializes in developing value propositions and related business models to profit from new and emerging markets and in designing transformational business changes across large distributed organizations. Most recently, Jim worked with Waste Management the country's largest waste hauler to help overhaul the company's business model and begin profiting from showing customers how to rethink waste and manage it as a resource. Jim has helped companies of all types including Fortune 500, major sports venues, educational institutions, and municipalities leverage sustainability to build better brands, reduce costs, and protect the environment.
