Jeff Kohn is a senior program analyst for EPA’s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, leading sector planning analysis for the Pollution Prevention Program. Jeff was previously the State/Local liaison for EPA’s Office of Land and Emergency Management (OLEM). Jeff informed and briefed the OSWER Assistant Administrator of key state/local stakeholder issues and manages a cross-office workgroup of state and local liaisons. He also served as EPA’s Metal Casting Liaison in the Sector Strategies Program, developing comprehensive strategies to analyze the industry's operations, impacts, and trends, and identify opportunities for environmental stewardship and improved regulation. Jeff has an Economics BA from University of New Hampshire and an MBA with a concentration in Environmental Management and Policy from George Washington University.
