Jeffrey Schub leads Sustainable Finance Integration at Wells Fargo, reporting
to the Chief Sustainability Officer. Jeff drives a range of strategic initiatives
across the bank, providing subject matter expertise to the lines of business
and clients to help meet Wells Fargo’s goal to deploy $500 billion of
sustainable finance by 2030.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Jeff was the Executive Director of the Coalition for Green
Capital, where he drove the green bank movement, resulting in the creation
of more than a dozen new climate finance institutions that have mobilized
more than $15 billion clean energy investment. In this role, Jeff directed the
campaign to create a $20 billion U.S. national green bank, which was signed
into law as part of the Inflation Reduction Act. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked
for a leading solar developer as well as in economic consulting.
He holds an MBA from the Yale University School of Management and a
bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy from Brown University.
