Jennifer Place

Jennifer Place is a Principal on the Climate Tech Investment team at Fifth Wall—the largest asset manager focused on improving, future-proofing, as well as decarbonizing the built world—where she focuses on investments in technologies that decarbonize the built world. Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Jennifer was an Investment Director at Finistere Ventures where she led thematic coverage and investment efforts in companies driving innovation across the agri-food value chain, powering the future of food commerce & next-generation sustainable food products. Prior to joining Finistere, Jennifer was a private equity investor at Energy Capital Partners, focused on existing and new-build energy projects within renewable energy & infrastructure services. Jennifer began her career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Jennifer grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and currently lives in San Diego, CA. She graduated from Stanford, receiving her BS in Energy Resources Engineering.
