Jerome Brustlein is chief operating officer at Fenton, an online jewelry brand that specializes in ethically sourced gemstones with a radically transparent approach.
Brustlein studied for his MBA at Columbia Business School, followed by seven years working as a consultant for Bain & Company where he honed his skill-set working with consumer products and retail across both Europe and North America, before moving to digitally native global travel brand Away as general manager, holding the post as the first employee in the U.K., charged with scaling the brand for the U.K. and EU markets. His long-term experience in these roles working with consumer products and retail has driven his intricate understanding of the direct-to-consumer business model.
Jerome joined Fenton in September 2019 bringing his deep understanding of the importance of the relationship with the customer and how to build a global brand born in a digital space. Responsible for establishing Fenton as a leader within not only the luxury but also the online direct-to-consumer jewelry industry, Jerome keeps his focus on ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, whilst leading brand expansion, strategy, communications and long-term revenue growth.
