Jess McGlyn is the Director of Corporate and Partner Engagement for the Science Based Targets Network, managing partnerships with over 200 organizations from around the world.She works with companies, consultants, and NGO partners to test and give feasibility feedback on SBTN methods, tools and guidance under development and helps them to understand how to prepare to set SBTs for nature. Jess has held previous roles at World Business Council for Sustainable Development, World Wildlife Fund, and International Paper. She’s also a certified Leadership and Team Coach, credentialed through ICF ACC, American University Executive Leadership Program, and GTCI.
