Jessie Ciulla

Jessie Ciulla is an associate with RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity Practice group. She works on utility business models and regulatory design as they pertain to decarbonization, proliferation of distributed energy resources on the grid, and community-based clean energy initiatives. She joined RMI in May 2019. Prior to that, Ciulla worked at Pratt & Whitney where she designed and performed structural analysis on its next-generation commercial jet engines. Before that, Jessie worked with the energy efficiency team at Eversource Energy to identify commercial and industrial energy savings on retrofit projects.
