Jessie Lund is senior associate for all of the Carbon War Room heritage programs, including Shipping Efficiency, Trucking Efficiency, Sustainable Aviation, Methane and Sunshine for Mines. Jessie joined RMI in December 2016.
Before joining Rocky Mountain Institute-Carbon War Room, Jessie worked as the Program Coordinator for the City and County of Denver’s Office of Sustainability. There, she organized the first two Sustainable Denver Summits, developed Denver’s citywide “Love This Place” sustainability brand, and collaborated with external stakeholders and over a dozen city agencies to help the Mile High City progress toward achieving its 2020 Sustainability Goals.
Prior to her role as a public servant, Jessie worked with the Alliance for Climate Education to educate young people on the science of climate change and empower them to take action.
