Juan Villar Mallagray

Juan Villar Mallagray works as an investment analyst for the International Finance Corporation based in Washington, D.C. He plays an active role in shaping the IFC's sector strategy for and investments in the light manufacturing and base materials industries globally. Juan joined IFC from Boston Consulting Group, where he contributed to strategy development and operations improvement for clients in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries in Latin America and Southeast Asia. Juan also brings to his role work experience in the assets management industry as a Wealth Management Analyst at PIMCO. Juan holds a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from Polytechnical University of Madrid, a BSc in Economics from UNED, and an MSc in Management from HEC Paris.
