With over 25 years of industry experience, Kai Robertson works closely with companies and nonprofits as an independent Senior Corporate Sustainability Advisor. She draws on her unique perspective and skills to provide practical guidance on effective sustainability strategies and tailored insights on emerging trends, such as food waste and sustainable consumption.
Kai was most recently the global lead for BSR's food, beverage and agriculture advisory practice and previously led the development of strategic partnerships at World Wildlife Fund and Conservation International. She has worked closely with a wide range of companies from Walmart and Unilever to PepsiCo and McDonald's and been actively involved in shaping multi-stakeholder certification programs. Earlier in her career, Kai played an influential role at the leading supermarket trade association, the Food Marketing Institute, researching and speaking about food and retail industry trends.
