Katie Sierks

Katie is the science and quality lead on the Microsoft Carbon Removal Team. She is committed to catalyzing development of high-quality carbon removal at scale.

Katie previously led product management for Corteva’s soil carbon program. She is an experienced corporate sustainability leader with a background in environmental engineering and supply chain management.

Katie completed a dual MBA and Masters of Environmental Management, focused on data science and soil science, at Yale University. She graduated with honors from Harvard College with a degree in Environmental Engineering and Earth and Planetary Sciences. Based in San Francisco, she enjoys cross country skiing, playing pickleball, and cajoling her dog to finish hikes.
