Kelly Fleming

Kelly L. Fleming is director and a senior fellow at the Institute for Transportation Decarbonization and a vice president at Boundary Stone Partners. Kelly is an expert in energy technology with a focus in transportation energy and energy policy, including the transition to zero-carbon fuel resources, and the role of electricity in transportation decarbonization. She holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in chemical engineering.
