Kelly Gallo supports a diverse range of companies on corporate responsibility issues such as sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, reporting, human rights and inclusive economy. Prior to BSR, Kelly spent more than six years consulting on energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy for California’s utilities and public-sector clients, such as the University of California. She started her career with the U.S. Peace Corps in Washington, D.C., where she supported programming and training efforts on collaborative international development initiatives. Kelly also serves on Spark’s Board of Directors, advising the nonprofit on grantmaking for women’s empowerment organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York Metropolitan Area, and overseas. She speaks English and is proficient in Italian. Kelly holds a master's degree in international relations from San Francisco State University and a bachelor's degree in global studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
