Kevin Quandt is the Vice President of Supply Chain and Sustainability at sweetgreen, the fast-casual restaurant changing the industry by serving sustainable, healthy, real food at scale. Every day, across 110 restaurants, Kevin uses a digital-first, farm-partnership approach to enable sweetgreen's over 4,000 team members to make food from scratch, using fresh ingredients and produce delivered that morning. During his lifelong food supply chain career, Kevin has migrated from the traditional food system to designing a new, transparent way of sourcing ingredients. He passionately believes that real food should be convenient and accessible to everyone and he's leading his team in the thoughtful creation of a new platform that will make that vision a reality.
