Krystal Maxwell

Krystal Maxwell is a research analyst with Navigant Research. She focuses on market analysis of the lighting sector, including emerging markets for lighting technologies; connected and smart lighting for commercial and residential buildings; and lighting controls. Previously, Maxwell was Navigant Research’s client service lead, facilitating communications and customer service with the group’s global client base.

Prior to joining Navigant Research, Maxwell was an event specialist and sales manager at A Spice of Life Catering and Events, working with a variety of clients from the sale, to planning, to execution of their events. She has also worked as an assistant manager at Century Theatres and as an office administrator at the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Maxwell holds a BA in political science, with a minor in German, from Occidental College and studied abroad at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
