Larry Jacobs

Larry has 25 years of experience with Shell across a variety of businesses and functions.  In his current role as a City Solutions Manager, he helps cities navigate the energy transition through integrated urban solutions.   He and his team adopt a user-centric approach of co-creating with city stakeholders including government, private sector and community to understand their needs and then integrate solutions working closely with various Shell businesses and external partners.

Larry earned a BS in Applied Mathematics from UCLA and notes that his journey with Shell began with a summer internship during his undergraduate studies.   

Larry and his wife Shira live in southern CA with their beautiful eight year old daughter, Belen.  He also has a cocker spaniel named Nino Brown.  In his free time he enjoys cooking, exercise and music.
