Lindsay is the Director of Debt Capital Markets and Sustainable Finance at Sustainalytics, leading the Americas Second Party Opinion business. She works with investment banks and other financial institutions and their clients during their underwriting/borrowing process to provide guidance on sustainable financing solutions and impact reporting. Lindsay has worked on over 100 sustainable finance transactions, with a focus supporting financial institutions, real estate companies, affordable housing transactions, sovereigns as well as securitized deals. With a decade of experience in capital markets, including Institutional Sales and Equity Research, and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and an MBA, Lindsay’s unique combination of education and professional experience contributes a valuable perspective to the Sustainalytics team and her clients. Lindsay is passionate about her community she lives in, and served as both chair and a member of the Board of Directors at Jessie’s Center in Toronto, and chaired the Women in Capital Markets (WCM) High School program for over 5 years. She was awarded the WCM Volunteer of the Year Award in 2019, and the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Global Citizen Award in 2020 for her community contributions.
