Lucas Florez joined Dassault Systèmes in 2015. He has been leading Dassault Systemes program on sustainable innovation at the brand level — ensuring alignment between R&D, marketing and sales to ensure DS' technology is ready to enable and accelerate a more sustainable and circular industry.

He previously has worked in information management consulting at PwC, and also in the non-profit world by leading AIESEC, the world's largest student run organization, as country manager for Colombia and global CIO.

Lucas holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from Universidad EAFIT & a second master's degree in engineering & policyanalysis from DELFT University of Technology.
