Lyrica McTiernan

Lyrica has over a decade of experience helping companies launch and grow their corporate sustainability programs. As one of Facebook’s first sustainability hires in 2010, she was instrumental in establishing and evolving the company’s sustainability program. Over her nine years at Facebook, she built and led a team responsible for strategy, analytics, employee engagement, communications, and reporting. She then joined WeWork to lead Sustainability Partnerships and External Engagement, establishing the company’s partnership strategy with the goal of maximizing positive impact through creative multi-stakeholder collaboration. 

In 2020 she kicked off a new chapter as an independent consultant. She leverages her extensive experience working in-house to support clients on a wide variety of projects, informed by lessons she’s learned about navigating the complex landscape of corporate sustainability. 

Lyrica holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College. She enjoys running, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, and riding her unicycle. She lives with her family in San Francisco, California.
