Madeline Hodge

Madeline Hodge is Lead Sustainability Advisor at Ørsted, where she drives the global biodiversity programme, creating and leading a team to deliver the company's net positive ambition on biodiversity. In this role she helps to develop the programmatic approach to biodiversity, building strategies to deliver net positive impact for biodiversity across Ørsted’s global renewable asset types. Prior to this role, Madeline worked in Ørsted’s UK Region leading engagement with UK Environmental Stakeholders. Madeline has been working in the renewable energy sector for 14 years as an environment and sustainability professional with global experience of biodiversity and ecosystem management and the environmental planning and consenting of renewable energy assets. She has a BSc in Oceanography from the University of Southampton and MSc in Coastal Management from the University of Newcastle.
