Mary Beth Côté-Jenssen is a Sustainability Senior Manager at PepsiCo, working to advance progress on the company’s PepsiCo Positive (pep+) Replenishment, Alliance for Water Stewardship and Watershed Health goals. Prior to PepsiCo she worked in the international development sector, leading the Partnerships and Development teams at NGO’s Root Capital and Water For People respectively. While in those roles, she helped shape directional strategy and contributed to improving the lives and livelihoods of those in rural communities through stakeholder engagement and partnership creation. She began her career as a member of the Supply Chain Outreach Team at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (now Keurig Dr Pepper), where she managed a portfolio of social and environmental programs and crafted supply chain partnerships to drive impact for value chain actors and coffee farming families around the world. In 2013, Mary Beth’s professional contributions were recognized through her election as a One Young World Ambassador. Mary Beth earned a B.A. from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont and an MBA from the University of Denver in Colorado.
