Melanie Colburn is currently pursing her MBA with an emphasis in Sustainable Business at San Francisco State University, where she is former Chapter Leader of Net Impact and active with the Center for Ethical and Sustainable Business. She graduated with honors from University of California, Berkeley and has published articles on economics, energy, technology and culture.
Melanie is currently at Autodesk, where she works on marketing and employee engagement in the Sustainability Initiative. Previously, she served as public relations director for a San Francisco-based consulting and communications agency, with clients in clean tech, SRI and supplier diversity. Melanie contributed to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development's Vision 2050 project, in collaboration with a visiting scholar at Stanford University.
