Michael Sands is the Co-Founder and CEO of Smile Coffee Werks. Michael Sands’ company, Smile, offers for sale the compostable foodware, packaging, and sustainability expertise to help companies meet their plastic and carbon reduction goals. Smile’s specialty is in certified compostable coffee pod systems, coffee bags, compostable straws, sustainability claims, state and federal composting requirements.  Previously, Michael worked at Fenway LLC as a Chairman.
