Mike has made it his life's work to bring together the public, private and civil sectors to accelerate positive environmental impacts. TOMRA is the world's largest provider of recycling technology which specializes in optical sorting to raise the value of recycled plastic, accelerate collection of traditional recyclables, and reduce food waste. At TOMRA, Mike advises public policy decisionmakers on progressive recycling legislation, manages digital communications and strategy, and convenes multi-stakeholder collaborations. Before TOMRA Mike spent 6 years at the change agency, Futerra, working with organizations like Google, The North Face, and the Ocean Conservancy to define their circular economy strategies and movement-building campaigns. Mike studied Marketing and Environmental Policy at Fordham University where he lead a campaign to establish the University's Sustainable Business program. In his free time, Mike is carrying his twins Luke and Quinn.
