As Nestle global head of public affairs, he invented the term “Creating Shared Value” and created the first global corporate strategy to implement the concept. Prior to his 19 years with Nestlé he was on the faculty of the Harvard University School of Public Health and chief marketing officer of Worldwide Direct Auto Insurance.
