Paloma Sisneros-Lobato works to build a more healthy, sustainable and equitable food system for all. She focuses on issues including the overuse of antibiotics in meat production and expansion of sustainable and organic farming. She also coordinates NRDC's work to elevate the role of the food system in climate change. Previously, Sisneros-Lobato worked for a small grassroots organization facilitating food recovery programs on university campuses. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies and sustainability from Santa Clara University and is based in NRDC's San Francisco office.
