Patrick Reaves

Patrick is the business engagement director for Nike’s Social & Community Impact organization, serving as chief of staff and head of strategy. He’s held multiple CSR/ESG roles in more than eight years at Nike across strategy, operations and portfolio in both sustainability and community impact. Patrick leads Nike’s Community Climate Resilience Program, which launched in 2022. He’s also lifelong competitive runner, competing in the U.S. Olympic Trials in the marathon in 2020, and lives with his wife, Valerie in Portland, OR.
