Pete Spande

Pete is the Chief Revenue Officer for GreenBiz and is responsible for growing the businesses that fund the great work of the GreenBiz analysts and reporters. 

Pete has worked for publishing and media companies for the past 25 years in a wide variety of roles. Most recently, Pete ran his own advisory firm working with a wide array of publishers on growth strategies. Prior to that work, Pete was the Publisher and CRO for Insider Inc. where he helped grow the business from a small start-up to one of the largest news publishers in the world.  He has also worked in leadership roles for Federated Media, CMP/TechWeb, and CNET Networks.  

When not working Pete loves to explore the lakes and mountains near his home in North Georgia and cook and play music for his wife and pets.
