He is the lead author of Harvard Business Review’s “Why Sustainability is Now the Key Driver of Innovation” and author of the new leadership book Two Birds in a Tree: Timeless Indian Wisdom for Business Leaders, which introduces Being-centered leadership as a foundation for the emerging new capitalism.
Previously, he was the CEO and founder of InnovaStrat, a high-end strategy consulting firm. He has worked with and advised senior business executives at a wide range of companies in the industrial, technology, and consumer sectors, ranging from Alcoa, FedEx, Intuit, and Puma to world-leading automotive icons. Ram’s area of expertise is at the intersection of business strategy, innovation and leadership, and sustainability.
