Ricardo Aranda

Ricardo Aranda leads the fleet decarbonization strategy and transformation of the mobile assets at Cemex, a global construction materials company. Aranda manages and coordinates engineering and machine configuration, inventory and procurement of on-highway trucks and off-road equipment across the company’s business sectors — cement, concrete, and aggregates.

Aranda’s experience with Cemex includes leadership assignments in fleet transformation (mixer trucks and wheel loaders), due diligence processes, alternative fuel market development in Europe (olive husk, municipal waste, waste oil), and raw materials quality optimization in Mexico. Aranda holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the Tec de Monterrey (ITESM) with minors in economics, finance and business development.
