Roberta Barbieri

With over 25 years of experience in environmental sustainability across multiple industries, Roberta Barbieri has recently joined PepsiCo as the Vice President of Global Environmental and Water Solutions.

Previously, she held the position of Global Environmental Program Manager at Diageo, where she was the principal architect of the company’s Global Environmental Sustainability strategy, a strategy that positioned Diageo as a leader in the beverage industry. In this capacity, Barbieri developed supply chain-wide programs to achieve Diageo’s public targets for water efficiency, greenhouse gas emission reductions, waste reduction and sustainable packaging improvement.

Prior to Diageo, Barbieri spent five years at Vivendi Universal where she was responsible for leading the company’s global EHS compliance auditing program and developing its first EHS management system.
